BMW E36 Headliner Retrim & Replacement

In this video I finally remove the E36 headliner for a DIY retrim and it's an easier job than expected.

For my coupe I bought 2m x 1.5m, which was the perfect size. It cost me £20 in fabric and the same for adhesive, and took about 2 hours in total

I bought the car with the usual sagging headliner and have since wanted to attempt the fix using microfiber suede cloth.

In this video I give you some DIY steps to replace the fabric on your headliner.
