In this video I head to Paris for the Fast5000m 5k track race against some of the fastest people in the world. It was an incredible opportunity that I had been in great fitness to smash, before COVID caught me, which meant it didn't go to plan :(

Not every race can go as you hope and sadly that is part of sport and life, but I really felt ready to go and show what I was capable of. But like everything in life, every cloud has a silver lining, and this race wasn't meant to be. So, it is back to work to get my body fully recovered and feeling 100% before I get back on the track and chase some speedy times!
