Deals 75/125/175/225 Magic Damage and applies Fear for 1 second.
Each Essence possessed will increase the damage by 35 and Fear duration by 0.25 seconds. Max Fear Duration of 2 seconds with Staff of the Master.

Vampiric Flight
Flies towards target, dealing 50/90/130/170 and healing for 12/18/24/30 Health for each enemy you fly through.
Each Essence increases the damage by 30 and heal by 10.

Bloodthirst
Passively grants nearby allied melee units 15/20/25/30% Lifesteal. Ranged allies gain 2.5/5/7.5/10% Lifesteal.
Toggle to affect only nearby allied heroes.

Passively gains 10 attack speed for each Essence Dampeer possesses.

Consume
Target an enemy to deal 200/300/400 Magic Damage to them while Dampeer is healed for the damage done. Deals 30/50/70 more damage for each Essence Dampeer possesses and kills creeps instantly.
Adds an Essence whenever Consume is used, or 3 Essence if Consume kills an enemy hero. You may hold up to 3 (6) Essence at a time, which leave minimum 1 Essence (lose 3) upon death.
