Who is Prapor? - Escape from Tarkov Lore

So in this video, I investigate the mysterious trader Pavel Yegerovich Romanenko, commonly known as Prapor. From what little information there is, I try to piece together Prapor's motivations within the context of the game world; why does he sell to both BEAR and USEC and does he have any greater purpose in Tarkov?

I wrote this myself based off of quest dialogue and item descriptions and is meant to be a short introduction to Prapor and the traders or vendors in Escape from Tarkov. All opinions about his motivations are solely my own as Battlestate Games has yet to go into the lore aspect of the characters as of this time, but be sure to subscribe to the channel to get Tarkov lore content as soon as it is available.
