Hey everyone
Todays’ practice is a very gentle bedtime yoga, designed to hopefully help you wind down for a good night's sleep.
We use a breathing technique to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and bring you into a state for rest, and we combine this with some gentle stretches and a couple of restorative poses. I hope you enjoy it,
