In the final part of our video series "Chasing Delmarva's Last Coal Trains" we see the last coal train leave the Indian River Power plant. This marks the end of era for coal train on Delmarva. Even though the world is changing every day, some changes have consequences, and shutting down the powerplant is one of them.
