Nespresso Vertuo Pop vs Next (caffè crema comparison)

I bought the Nespresso Vertuo Pop because I prefer its design and wanted to switch from the Vertuo Next due to Pop’s smaller form factor. However, upon taking the first sip, I noticed that the crema density was not the same as the Next’s. I contacted Nespresso customer service, and they explained that it might be related to the capsules. They advised running multiple capsules to achieve the best crema. Despite trying dozens of them, nothing changed. Consequently, I returned the Pop, hoping it was just a faulty unit. How is your experience? Share in the comments below.
