Ingredents:
Dry:
1 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder (apology on video says soda but its Baking powder)

Wet:
3/4 cup Condense milk (put 1/2 cup and gradually add more as needed so not too soggy)
2 tbsp. Ghee (follow video in this as well in gradual usage)

oil to fry

Syrup:
2 cup Water
2 cup Granulated Sugar
Pinch of cardamom for flavour
