turiya gathiya nu shaak
500 gram turiya
4 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tbsp hing
salt to taste
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger chilly paste
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric
water as required
1 small bowl gathiya
some fresh coriander


sambhara
1 simla mirch
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
2 pinch of hing
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp besan

bhakhri
1.5 cup wheat flour
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
water as required
