Hello friends
today i am sharing shravan maas special farali dhokla recipe which is very tasty and easy to make and its so spongy and soft ..,, try out this recipe here are all ingredients.

For farali dhokla :
1 cup samo (soak in water for 1/2 hour)
1 cup mini sago (soak in water for an hour)
if you have regular sago so frind coarse in mixture and then soak in water

1/4 cup curd
1/4 cup water
and grind samo and sago together make smooth batter
then keep in warm place for 7 to 8 hours for fermentation

for making dhokla
after fermentation add basic masala
roack salt
1 tbsp ginger
5 to 6 green chilly
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
red chilly powder

grease dhokla plate with oil

for vaghar
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
curry leaves
green chilly
1 tsp seasome seeds
garnish with coriander
