This is a 6 day hypertrophy program inspired by Chris Bumstead’s push pull legs program. Cbum shared his PPL split program in a previous YouTube video, and I’ve created a push pull legs program that uses some of his programming strategies.

This is a low volume program designed for intermediate to advanced bodybuilders. Chris Bumstead uses a lot of heavy barbell training, as well as metabolite (high intensity) techniques that I’ve incorporated in a modified fashion here.
