红糖蛋糕(分层蛋糕的基本配方) Brown Sugar Cake (base recipe for layered cakes)
制作两个或三个 6 英寸(15 厘米)的圆形蛋糕 Makes two or three 6” (15cm) round cakes
150克中筋面粉 - 150g all-purpose flour
8克(1.25茶匙)发酵粉 - 8g (1.25tsp) baking powder
0.125 茶匙细海盐 - 0.125 tsp fine sea salt
2个蛋 - 2 eggs
150克深红糖 - 150g dark brown sugar
60克无盐黄油 - 60g unsalted butter
120克鲜奶 - 120g fresh milk
1.5 茶匙香草精 - 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
2茶匙植物油 - 2 tsp vegetable oil
桃 - peach

烤箱预热至摄氏170度 - Preheat oven to 170°c
170°C 烤30分钟 - 170°C baked 30minute

鲜奶油(加糖) Whipped Cream (sweetened)
300克鲜奶油 300g whipping cream
60克 糖粉 60g icing sugar
香草精(可选) Vanilla extract (optional)
糖水 syrup
