Challenge your core strength, balance, upper body strength, tone and strengthen the legs and glutes and enhance overall flexibility. This is a 50-minute version of my complete yoga workout series. This practice begins building heat with sun salutations, core exercises, and mobility work for the hips and shoulders and then goes through standing poses to strengthen, stretch and tone the legs, and build core strength. The class ends with abdominal exercises, backbends, and hip openers and twists to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
