Take your planking game to the next level with this intense 9 minute core workout at home circuit! We will be going through 18 rounds of plank exercise variations for 30 seconds of intensity on each. There is no rest in between exercises so you are going for the full 9 minutes straight. You can take additional rests as needed, just make sure you always get back at it and finish strong. Progressional methods for this plank challenge are getting more reps on the non-hold movements, limiting excess rest if you do take additional rest periods to get through the 9 minutes, as well as you can add on more total core circuit rounds or increase the actual time intensity for each individual exercise round to really get punished by those planks!
