Griddled Gammon Steaks with Pineapple and Sweet Cinnamon Glaze

Gammon steak and chips is one of the classic British pub dish. Gammon is a cured leg of pork, either pan fried, grilled or griddled and often served with pineapple rings, fried egg and peas. In this video, I am going to show you how I prepare my sweet cinnamon glaze. I served the gammon steaks with boiled potatoes instead of the traditional chips. You can use sweet potatoes if you prefer them.
