PREP TIME: 5 Minutes | COOKING TIME: 16 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 Gammon Steaks
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Olive oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Mix all ingredients for the glaze
2. Heat oil in a frying pan
3. On a medium high heat cook Gammon Steaks for 3 minutes
4. After 3 minutes flip the Gammon Steaks over & cook for another 3 minutes
5. After the 3 minutes is up glaze the Gammon Steaks with some of the sauce
6. Let the Gammon Steaks cook in the glaze for 5 minutes
7. After 5 minutes flip Gammon Steaks & glaze with rest of the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes
(Make sure to watch the steaks so they don't burn)
8. Serve & enjoy
