Ülger is an ethnic folk band from Abakan in Khakassia.
The song Pasarai is found on their 1st CD (track no. 7) "Traditional songs of the Khakas people - Vol. 1", released by Face Music and annotated by Belgian scholar Liesbet Nyssen. The annotation can be found on academia.edu

Filmed in the city park opposite the Kadyshev conference building, on 1 July 2010 by Bernard Kleikamp in Abakan, Khakassia, R.F., during the IV International Symposium (that was held from 1 to 4 July 2010). That afternoon a "Konkurs" was held, a sort of talent show of Khakassian music.
