In this tutorial, I have demonstrated how to create a .dss file, which is called Data Storage System. This dataset is compatible with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-ResSim, etc. Here I have used several raw files to create the data set. I have adopted manual entry, automatic entry of data and merging of several .dss file into one .dss file.
