Data-wrangling is one of the major factors of all modelling projects. This webinar explores the Hydrologic Engineering Center Data Storage System, or HEC-DSS – a database system commonly used for time series data, curve data, spatial-oriented gridded data, and other applications. You will learn how the Data Storage System can efficiently store and retrieve sequential data. HEC-DSS is incorporated into most of HEC’s major application programs, including HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.

Expert presenter Martin Jacobs discusses the system that was designed to make it easy for users and application programs to retrieve and store data. Karl Tarbet and Matthew Mcpherson from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were also online answering questions live.
