In this video we have covered the tomb of Balban, Khan Shaheed and the story of Amir Khusrau. Balban was the ninth sultan of Slave dynasty and Khan Shaheed was his son. His real name was Muhammad Khan who actually died fighting with mongolsin 1285. Amir Khusrau started his career with sultans during the time of Malik Chajju. Malik Chajju was the nephew of Balban. Later, Amir Khusrao moved in the service of Bughra Khan. And he traveled to Bengal with Bughra. Later. Amir Khusrao came back to Delhi and met Muhammad Khan. Muhammad Khan was the eldest son of Ghiyasuddin Balban. He was a great person in all aspects and later died in 1285. There is a great story why Muhammad Khan got defeat. Later, Amir Khusrao went in the service of Kaiquabad and wrote his first masnavi for Kaiquabad which is known as Qiran-us-Sadain (Qiranus Sadain).
