Hey everyone after 4 months in the North Island, we're headed South for some winter experiences, and we get them right off the ferry with afternoon frosts, and a frozen pond. We also have some exceptional weather to enjoy Nelson lakes National park on a powered site with all the facilities. We had a great time head and even have a pro tip for those who wish to venture to the area.
