Mount Hira: Revelation to Illumination - Divine Caravan 1444

The Divine Caravan group were blessed to visit Mount Hira with Habib Ali Abu Bakr, also known as Jabal al-Nour. This mountain is known for the Cave of Hira which is situated at the summit, where Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would spend time here in seclusion, worshipping God, until the first words of Revelation descended upon him.


During the month of Rajab 1444/February 2023, 150 individuals from the UK set out on a blessed and sacred journey to perform Umrah, or the lesser pilgrimage, to Makkah and Madinah. This is a journey that changes and gives deeper meaning to life.

They were accompanied by the scholar and descendant of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ - Habib Ali Abu Bakr from Tarim, Yemen.
