On a recent trip to the Twin Cities in Minnesota, I came across a station and some tracks in the town of Eden Prairie. They were clearly brand-new, but not used.
This is a site of the new light rail line known as the Southwest LRT. Once completed, it will act as an extension of the current Green Line. It will connect downtown St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis with the western suburbs.
