From my personal collection (Tape #28). Here are some Pay-Per-View interstitials from May of 1998, shown between presentations of I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997). The audio gets a bit muffled half-way through the video, it's the fault of the recording getting very quiet and me trying to filter out the buzzing noise.
