Today's Recipe
Palak Corn Sabzi

Ingredients:
200gm corn
500gm chopped spinach
100gm fresh cream
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Preparation:

1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
2. When the seeds crackle, add the garlic and corn sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3. Add the spinach, salt, chilli powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes
4. Now add fresh cream cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and some fresh cream on top. Serve hot.
