1 cup maida/all purpose flour
salt
2tbsp melted warm ghee/clarified butter
water for kneading dough

For filling
150 gms tuna chunks
1 onion
1 green chilli
salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
coriander leaves
2tbsp mayonnaise

Other ingredients
Metal cones
oil for frying
