Let`s Learn 2D Game Dev 🎮🕹️ Godot & GDScript from Zero!

Want to learn the #Godot Engine and #GDscript to create #games? Are you an absolute beginner seeking a structured course and quality Youtube resources?

During my 4 years of learning game development as a hobby, I often struggled with combining mechanics from different tutorials. I realized it's time to truly understand the tool and the scripting language. I found GD Quest's 2D Godot course which guides you from beginner to expert in GDscript, the programming language for the Godot Engine.

Eveyerthing shown in the video was part of the free introduction of the course to learn the absolute basics of coding. Next time we’ll dive into the paid part. I can’t show you the course itself so in the next video I’ll focus more on showing you what I learned and apply that to an own project . Pls check out gdquest for more.

I would recommend to have an side eye on brackeys who recently made two great godot beginner videos , the YouTube channel from gd quest or heartbeast which is also a great content creator in terms of godot!
