In this tutorial, I am going to teach you how to make your own egg noodles from scratch. You will be surprised how easy it is to make just by following the simple instructions on the video. I am also sharing my recipe of my special chinese egg noodle sauce which you can use for your homemade or store bought noodles. If you are using store bought noodles, please cook the noodles first according to the directions in the package before you add the sauce and the other ingredients to the noodles. Aside from the noodles and the sauce, please feel free to use any protein (pork, chicken, squid, shrimps. etc) and vegetables (cabbage, beans, etc) that you want for your noodles. I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as my family does.

Chef's Notes:
You can store extra cooked noodles in the freezer well wrapped in plastic.
If you want to freeze, do not cut them into noodle shapes. Freeze them as a whole dough. Wrap well in plastic.
