Sherman Oaks is a quiet suburb that allows for city convenience while affording small-town peacefulness. Sherman Oaks spreads across 9.15 sq. miles and offers quick access to Hollywood and Downtown. Nestled between Van Nuys and North Hollywood to the north, Studio City and Encino to the east and west, and Bel Air and Beverly Crest to the south, Sherman Oaks truly lies at the center of Valley life. Ventura Boulevard is one of the oldest roads in the San Fernando Valley and the world’s longest boulevards, and home to some of the charming boutiques, barber shops, and restaurants of Sherman Oaks.

Landmarks highlighted in this video include the Sherman Oaks Galleria, In N' Out Burger, Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks Recreation Park, and the Sherman Oaks Westfield Mall.
