Oat Flour Applesauce Bread and Apple Butter

Today I needed to make up a batch of oat flour and also thought some applesauce quick bread sounded great for breakfast. So, I'm bringing you along while we make this gluten free, oat flour based quick bread! This recipe is adapted from my favorite zucchini bread recipe. Below I'll leave the link for the original recipe as well as a link for a printable copy with my changes. I hope you'll enjoy! Also on a whim, I decided to turn the remaining applesauce into apple butter! This is a delicious spread we can slather on our bread.
