My name is Ilona. I am a Reiki Master in the Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition since 2013. I do personal and remote sessions for people, for situations, for animals and for our planet. In my practice, music is not necessary for a healing Reiki session. The presence of music provides a grounding effect at a time when the opposite process should be taking place. I will create music here for relaxation, for self meditation, for your relaxation, inner balance and equilibrium. It will be different music because you are in different emotional and mental states every moment of your life. And they directly affect your health.
