భారత్ ....ప్రపంచంలోనే అతిపెద్ద ప్రజాస్వామ్య దేశం. అంతేనా, అత్యధిక జనాభా ఉన్న దేశం కూడా. అలాంటి దేశంలో న్యాయవ్యవస్థ కూడా అత్యంత పకడ్బందీగా ఉండాలి. కానీ, మన దేశంలో ఇంకా శతాబ్ద కాలంనాటి బ్రిటీష్ కాలం చట్టాలే దిక్కయ్యాయి. తాము ...న్యాయవ్యవస్థను ప్రక్షాళన చేస్తామని చెప్పిన...భాజపా ప్రభుత్వం... అనుకున్నట్టుగానే గతేడాది ఆగస్టులో 3న్యాయ చట్టాలను తీసుకొచ్చి...మార్పునకు నాంది పలికింది. కీలకమైన IPC, CRPC, IEA లాంటి పాత చట్టాలకు పాతరేస్తూ...న్యాయసంహిత, నాగరిక్ సురక్ష సంహిత, భారతీయ సాక్ష్యాల చట్టాలను తీసుకొచ్చింది. వీటికి లోక్ సభ ఆమోదం కూడా లభించడంతో...జూలై 1నుంచి పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అమల్లోకి రానున్నాయి. మరి, ఆ కొత్త చట్టాలు ఏంటి...? ముఖ్యంగా జీరో FIR, దేశద్రోహం చట్టాలు లాంటి చట్టాల్లో వచ్చిన మార్పులేంటి..?
