MUST have PERDIGON/How to tie the OLIVE FLASH PERDIGON

My Olive Flash Perdigon is a my top producing Perdigon. It fishes well 12 months out of the year and excels on a euro nymphing setup. It has the perfect dark olive/green flash that isn't overpowering. The key to tying this bug is making sure the green side is on top of the hook shank. I tie this from size 14 down to a 20.

Hook: Umpqua Perdi-jig size 16 (you can use you favorite hook) Size 20-14
Bead: Copper 2.8 mm (2.3-3.3 mm)
Thread: Black UTC 70
Tail: Coq de Leon Flora de Escoba (Brown-mottled) You can use dark or med pardo
Body: Hends 233 Krystal Flash Dark Brown (with Green shine)
UV resin: Solarez Bone-dry
Wing case resin: Gulff UV black
