🟢材料:
絞碎豬肉 280克
冬菇 4隻(已浸泡)
蝦米 35克
薑、蔥 適量
蠔油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
老抽 1/2茶匙
澱粉水 (1湯匙水+1湯匙澱粉)
油、胡椒粉、蒸魚豉油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 蝦米洗淨後浸泡10分鐘,切碎,冬菇切幼粒。
2️⃣ 豬肉加入薑末、切碎的蝦米、冬菇、胡椒粉、1湯匙蠔油、1茶匙糖、 1/2茶匙老抽拌勻,分多次少量加入澱粉水,加入少許油拌勻。
3️⃣ 肉餅均勻鋪在碟上,盡量攤薄,撒上薑絲。
4️⃣ 水滾下鍋,大火蒸10分鐘,撒上蔥花,淋上少許熱油及蒸魚豉油。

🟢 Ingredients:
Minced pork - 280g
Shiitake mushrooms - 4 (soaked)
Dried shrimp - 35g
Ginger, Spring onions - As needed
Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Starch water (1 tablespoon water + 1 tablespoon starch)
Oil, Pepper powder, and Seafood soy sauce - As needed

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse the dried shrimp, soak for 10 minutes, then chop them. Chop the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.
2️⃣ Season the minced pork, add minced ginger, chopped dried shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, pepper powder, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce. Mix well. Add the starch water gradually in multiple intervals, and add a little oil. Mix thoroughly.
3️⃣ Spread the meat mixture evenly on a plate, trying to make it thin. Sprinkle shredded ginger on top.
4️⃣ Bring water to a boil. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chopped spring onions, drizzle a little hot oil, and seafood soy sauce.
