Jo’s TTC Journey (episode 1): ttc backstory, mental breakdown & first fertility appointment

I want to share a more in-depth look into my journey through trying to conceive. It has been a challenging path, marked by a whirlwind of emotions—mental breakdowns, tears, and countless ups and downs that have tested my resilience. There have been days filled with hope and excitement, followed by moments of deep frustration and sadness.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for being there for me and providing the space to share these raw and vulnerable moments. Your support means so much, and knowing I’m not alone in this journey makes all the difference.

To all the women who are navigating similar experiences, I’m sending you lots of love and encouragement. We’re all in this together, and I know we have the strength to get through this chapter, no matter how difficult it may seem right now.
