Ingredients & measurements list:
Sugar syrup:
4 Cups of water
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1/2 Tsp ginger powder/ fresh ginger
8 cracked cardamon pods
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Gulab mixture:
2 1/2 Cups of full cream milk powder
1/4 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tsp ground cardamom
1 Tsp freshly grated nutmeg
3/4 Cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp of soften ghee
1 Tsp baking powder
