Delicious & Juicy Salara / Red Cake /Coconut Rolls Recipe

Proofing of yeast:
1 1/2 Cups warm milk
2 Tbsp yeast
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp melted butter

Flour mixture:
3 Cups all purpose flour (additional for dusting dusting)
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp orange zest
Yeast milk butter & sugar mixture

3 Cups of finely chopped coconut flakes / freshly grated coconut
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1/2 Tsp ginger powder/ freshly grated ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 1/2 Tbsp soften butter
1 Tsp red food coloring powder
