Training facilities should made available at each level of management.
Persons imparting training should be fully experienced and qualified.
Training program should be designed so as to make them beneficial.
Areas where training facilities are most needed must be identified and thereafter training must be extended to such areas also.
Utility of various training programmes should be examined from time to time.
Programs should be modified or adjusted to include the new technological and methodological developments in order to make them up to date.
Coordination of various training programmes at different levels is a must so as to make the training programmes more effective.
