This is our first attempt to learn the recipe at it's origin. The owner of the hotel was very kind and generous with us . He welcomed us with great hospitality and showed the recipe without keeping anything secret .
Here we have tried to give that hotel recipe a homely touch .

Pandhakawada is a city in Yawatmal district and adjacent to the famous Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. We had been there for the Jungle Safari . We were quite lucky to have the sight of a female tiger , Archi , on the very first day of our visit. And there we enjoyed the famous dish of Pandharkawada too.
