Self Care Diaries EP3-1✈️ I FLEW TO THAILAND for a Self Journey Retreat to save myself

Approximately half a year ago, I needed to save myself from a phase of pain and darkness that I had silently endured for years. Through those years, I decided to seek therapy with a Kinesiologist whom has been the key to helping me rediscover myself and clearly see my life for what it is and what it has been. I am still on this journey of healing complex trauma, a journey that could possibly last till the end of my time, but I am determined to walk through all of them to arrive where I dream to be.

While this dream may take a lot more work, a lot more time, I will flow with life focusing on what I can control rather than what I can’t, no matter where I find myself. I will save myself from it all, from all the bearings of life, society, limiting beliefs, old distorted ways. I will save myself from the broken parts of me, to move towards the version of me that is whole.
