join me on a cosy journey from a gloomy sunday to a day filled with yummy food and also reflections on the concept of time/wasted time.

in my opinion, there's no such thing as wasted time. the proof is in the pudding, or in this case the French toasts. in French, this dish is called 'pain perdu' (lost bread) because it typically involves using the last slices of bread, those that aren't quite right for a sandwich and may be a bit dry. but nothing is truly lost if it's repurposed into something delightful. similarly, those hours we spend without producing anything tangible are not wasted; instead, we transform them into moments of recharge and simplicity.

anyway, in this video, i turn a slow day into an accidental “what i eat in a day" type of vlog, featuring comforting recipes, skincare, and mindful musings.
