Elderberry Bochet Tasting

Well... I'm not really sure if this is a hit or a miss yet! Right now it's not so great, and I could really use your help on what to do with elderberries AND bochets!
Where could I have gone wrong? Though who knows, maybe in a year this mead will be good! Fingers crossed...
