We Hiked! Kid-Friendly Experience + Stayed in a Bali-Inspired Home in Tanay, Rizal

We had an amazing time at Casa Balario with the Manzano's! We booked our stay through their IG account, but you can also book via Airbnb if that's easier for you! All the info are there (note that during rainy seasons you will have to cross the river with a trike and leave your car to get to the place!)

They booked the hike for us and we decided to go for the shorter 10 mintue hike since we were with kids. They also have a longer four-hour hike if you're up for more of an adventure!

The place is Bali inspired and is a 4 bedroom. All you need to do is bring your own food to cook or heat up cause they have a full kitchen. If you forget anything, there are sari-sari stores nearby.

Overall, it was such a great and convenient experience with beautiful scenery and easy access to hikes. Highly recommend it esp for young kids. My kids really enjoyed this one... Now we are looking for the next one!
