Have you ever eaten something without enough salt? This is our topic on today's Monday Musing.

Recipe:
5-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies (paleo & flourless!)

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashew butter (make sure raw cashews are the only ingredient)
1 egg, whisked
1 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips (depending how much chocolate you want)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place all of the ingredients, besides the chocolate chips into a medium sized bowl. Stir until very well combined and a dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and stir until combined.
3. Divide the dough into 12 balls and drop them onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 13-17 minutes (mine took exactly 15) or until the bottoms of the cookies begin to brown and the center is completely cooked through. Let cool & ENJOY!
