The stability ball is one of the most effective ways to train your core. So if you've got one of these big balls hanging around and maybe you've forgotten what you can do with it, haul it out! Get ready for twelve minutes of "fun" no matter your fitness level. Although this is pretty much an intermediate circuit, I'll show you a few tricks to take this workout to the next level. Enjoy! xo
