Super Soft melt in mouth chicken meat balls infused with aromatic spices nested in a spicy curry sauce.

Super Soft Chicken Kofta Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken mince 1.5 kg
Onions 6 medium sized chopped
12-15 garlic cloves
15-20 green chillies
2-3 inch piece of ginger
Salat 1 TBSP
Chop onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies

For Gravy:
Whole Spices:
Cinnamon sticks 3-4
Cardamom 5-6
Green cardamom 12
Pepper corn 1 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp

Powder Spices:
Turmeric powder one and half tbsp
Red chilli powder 3-4 TBSP
Coriander powder One and half tbsp
Cumin powder One and half tbsp
Garam Masala powder One and half tbsp

Other Ingredients:
Grated onions 2 medium sized
Ginger and Garlic paste 3 tbsp
Tomatoe puree of 6 tomatoes
Whisked yogurt 3 cups add 3 cups of water
Cooking oil 3/4 cups

Prepration:
Finely chop onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies.
Add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and salt.
Add mince mix it well.
Take a chicken mince in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients mix them well.
Mix all the ingredients by hand.
Apply oil on both hands.
Make meatballs according to your desired size.
Heat oil 3/4 cup in a pot.
Put meatballs in curry.
Let it cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
Shake pot with your both hands.
Let it cook for 10-15 minutes on slow flames.
Soft soft chicken kofatas are ready to serve.
Serve with naan, roti, (Chappati) or rice.
