SHRIMP STEW WITH COCONUT MILK /CREAM SAUCE

SHRIMP STEW WITH COCONUT CREAM SAUCE
Recipe:
1.5 lb peeled & deveined
1( 400 ml) can coconut cream
salt & pepper to taste
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 striped bell peppers
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1 Tbsp cajon mustard
chopped snap peas
1 tsp basil
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 handful chopped fresh parsley
chopped chives for garnish optional
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
You can always add spices or seasoning based on your taste!
