1971 Cutlass Ep 07 A Pillars, Roof & Dash Welded on!

This video starts with a review of the previous rust repairs on the floor, A-pillars, and roof, and continues to show how I fabricated and welded in some smaller but important pieces of inner structure of the roof, and an intricate part of the roof rain gutter. Next, I fully weld the entire new roof skin on! I also replace the driver's side of the rear window channel (the top of the quarter panel) with a repair piece from www.RustReplace.com and a small home-made patch panel. The video ends with a little bodywork and paint on the dash/windshield channel and the roof to A-pillar and roof to B-pillar joints partially filled in.
