Ground beef:

2 lbs chuck roast cube and ran through meat grinder attachment for Kitchen Aid

Chile puree:

4 chile guajillo

2 chile de arbol

½ roasted onion

4 cloves roasted garlic

1/2 cup water

Salt to taste

Taco Sauce:

4 cloves roasted garlic

1 ts vinegar

Salt

Cumin

Sugar

1/2 c water
