Today I am making a California Burrito. As usual, there were some hiccups along the way, but this burrito came out delicious despite the adversity we faced.

Asada:

1 lbs ribeye

Cilantro

White onion

Garlic

Orange juice

Salt and pepper

Cumin

Chiptole aioli:

1 c mayo

1 clove raw garlic

1 healthy spoonful of chipotle

1 lime juiced

Salt and pepper

Guac:

3 avo

½ red onion

½ bunch cilantro

½ serrano

1 tomato

Salt and pepper

1 lime juiced
